To our valued clients, we kindly inform you that our billing policy includes a minimum charge of eight hours for Home Monitoring services rendered. Any additional time will be rounded up to the next full hour to ensure efficiency and maintain the high standards of service we strive to provide.
Additionally, mileage and fuel expenses are billed at a rate of $0.85 per mile. Please note that any hauling services extending beyond the agreed-upon hours will incur prorated charges.
