📅 Booking & Holiday Policies
Reservation Retainer: A 30% non-refundable deposit confirms and secures your booking.
Holiday Premium: During Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break, a 20% surcharge applies.

To Our Valued Clients,
We kindly inform you of the following policies to ensure clarity and professionalism in our services:
Billing Policy
A minimum charge of one hour applies to all services rendered.
Any additional time will be rounded up to the next full hour to maintain efficiency and the high standards of care we strive to provide.
⚠️ Please note: All services rendered do not include Hawaii’s General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.71%, which will be applied separately to your invoice.
Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of [50%] is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of services.
Cancellations made less than [48 hours] before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Damages Disclaimer
While every effort will be made to care for your pet(s) responsibly and safely, the pet sitter is not liable for any damage caused by your pet(s) to property, belongings, or persons during the service period.
Owners are fully responsible for any costs associated with damages, injuries, or accidents caused by their pet(s).
The pet sitter reserves the right to refuse service if a pet displays aggressive or unsafe behavior.
