📋 Conditions of Service
Standard Waste Disposal: Rates are based on disposing pet waste in your existing trash bins.
Premium Disposal: If you’d prefer us to handle pet waste removal off-site, an additional fee will apply.
Property Size: Prices are based on average lot sizes in Hilo. If your clean-up area exceeds 7,884 sq. ft., fees will be adjusted accordingly.
To our valued clients,
We kindly inform you that our billing policy includes a minimum charge of one hour for services rendered. Any additional time will be rounded up to the next full hour to ensure efficiency and maintain the high standards of service we strive to provide.
Additionally, mileage and fuel expenses are billed at a rate of $0.85 per mile. Please note that any hauling services extending beyond the agreed-upon hours will incur prorated charges.
⚠️ Please note: All services rendered do not include Hawaii’s General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.71%, which will be applied separately to your invoice.
