Clearing services may be classified as Risk-Grade when the following are present:

• Dense invasive species or thick vegetation

• Aggressive root systems (e.g. Albizia, tropical ginger)

• Limited access requiring hand tools/special machinery

• Wet ground conditions requiring tool delays or rescheduling

Safety Measures & Service Limits:

• Powered tools paused during unsafe wet conditions

• Crews may decline hazardous tasks

• Tree trimming over 6 feet is quoted separately (no full tree removal)
